LTC Benjamin Peffer, who brings over 18 years of experience as an Engineer Corps officer, thanked LTC Ahmad for her mentorship and vowed to uphold the unit’s high standards. “Command is a privilege,” Peffer remarked. “I am honored to take on this responsibility and will work to ensure every Soldier receives the care and support they need, whether returning to duty or transitioning to civilian life.”
