The Next Generation Combat Vehicles Cross Functional Team consists of approximately 24 Soldiers, Army Civilians and contract specialists, including three senior noncommissioned officers: Sgt. 1st Class Michael Markland, an armor crewman; Master Sgt. Jeremy Cook, a cavalry scout; and Master Sgt. Salem Auclair, an infantryman. The three bring the warfighter’s perspective to the development of future combat vehicles, such as the XM30 Combat Vehicle which will replace the Bradley Fighting Vehicle in Army formations.
