An Army Reserve paratrooper with 450th Civil Affairs Battalion (Airborne), 360th Civil Affairs Brigade (Airborne), 352nd Civil Affairs Command, collects her parachute using the windmill method at Fort Walker, Virginia, Sept. 14, 2024. The windmill method allows a paratrooper to safely gather their parachute without catching excess debris.
