Two Montana Air National Guard C-130's, assigned to the 186th Airlift Squadron, 120th Airlift Wing, Great Falls, Mont., fly in a tight formation over western Montana, August 10, 2024, as the rear cargo door is opened in the lead aircraft to allow Boss Lift attendees an up-close and frontal glimpse of a C-130 in flight.
The Boss Lift program, offered by the Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve, allows service members to nominate their civilian employers, supervisors and teachers for an open house and demonstration flight aboard their unit's aircraft as a thank-you for outstanding support for their military service.
