Mila Rizzo, spouse of U.S. Marine Corps Col. Ralph Rizzo, commander of Marine Corps Installations East, and Karen Watson, spouse of Col. Luke Watson, commanding officer of Blount Island Command, tour a barracks room assigned to Cpl. Dylan Powellsawyer during a tour of support services Dec. 10 at Naval Station Mayport in Florida. They had arrived from nearby Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island, the hub of the Marine Corps’ prepositioning programs. It's the home of Blount Island Command and its worldwide mission supporting Marine expeditionary forces.
