U.S. Marine Corps F-35C Lightning II aircraft assigned to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron (VMFA) 314, Marine Aircraft Group 11, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, fly over Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Dec. 14, 2024. VMFA-314 completed a five-month deployment aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72), to the U.S. Fifth and Seventh Fleet areas of operation conducting combat and joint operations in support of U.S. Central Command objectives and enhancing interoperability with allied nations.
