Lt. Gen. Chris Mohan, Deputy Commanding General and Acting Commander of the U.S. Army Materiel Command, shares a laugh with Rick Rappley, Explosive Operator Supervisor at The Blue Grass Army Depot. Mohan was touring BGAD’s ‘confidence clip’ training grenade production facility when he discovered Rappley trained in the same Ranger Class (92-06) as him all the way back in 1992.
