A plaque with the Serbian Armed Forces crest was presented by Serbian Armed Forces Gen. Milan Mojsilović, chief of the general staff, to Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr., Ohio adjutant general, during a meeting at the SAF General Staff Building in Belgrade, Serbia, Sept. 19, 2024. The country of Serbia signed a bilateral affairs agreement with the U.S. Department of Defense and the state of Ohio in 2006, establishing the Ohio-Serbia pairing through the State Partnership Program.
