In a U.S. Navy career spanning well over two decades – and counting – Eric Morgan stood before Capt. Karla Lepore, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Bremerton commanding officer, Capt. Maria Edusada, acting executive officer, Command Master Chief William Eickhoff and many assembled staff members…in need of a uniform upgrade.
