On Dec. 13, 2024, the new Garrison Chaplain for the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden, Chap. (Maj.) Oyedeji Idowu invited the garrison staff to a “Chap Talk” for the first time. Around 15 individuals attended this first meeting and took the chance to break the barrier. The barrier between persons, the barrier between cubicles or the barrier between departments.
