Capt. Emily Carmody joined the Medical Clinic at U.S. Army Proving Ground as its new physician assistant in October of 2024. Sgt. 1st Class Joseph Siwemuke joined in the summer of 2024 and serves as the Clinical NCOIC where he manages the Soldiers and ensures the facility is running as it should.
