Col. Justin Cooper took command of the 759th Logistics Readiness Flight during the unit's assumption of command ceremony held at the 459th Air Refueling Wing on December 8, 2024. The 759th LRF provides members to augment USAFE headquarters/numbered Air Force A4 (Logistics and Engineering) with logistics/transportation crisis action team battle staff members. Previously, Col. Cooper was the Commander, Detachment 1, 710th Combat Operations Squadron at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. Col. Vianesa Vargas, 459th Mission Support Group Commander, was the presiding official.
