It doesn't matter where you need to be- speed limits are not a suggestion. Speeding is against the law and can have serious consequences for service members. Like driving under the influence, speeding is a selfish choice that has deadly consequences for the driver, passengers and others on the road. Speeding reduces the driver’s ability steer safely around another vehicle, objects on the road or an unexpected curve. Even the most modern cars have limits to reduce the odds of a crash.
