Construction has kicked off at WSLP contract 109! Clearing and grubbing is currently taking place which prepares the area for the foundation of the levee segment. Around 50 acres have been cleared so far. The contract was awarded in September 2024 with construction being performed in St. John Parish and St. Charles Parish.
