A U.S. Army Fire Support Specialist with 1st Battalion, 32nd Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, assigned to Task Force Armadillo, sets up a portable radio antenna in preparation for a joint attack aviation call-for-fire training with U.S. Air Force Joint Terminal Attack Controllers at Al-Tanf Garrison, Syria, on Dec. 16, 2024. This joint training provides an opportunity to cross-train fire support capabilities between Coalition members and practice precise fires on a target. The Coalition maintains security and stability within the combined joint operations area.
