U.S. Army Col. Ulysses Miramontes, director of Operations, Joint Task Force Civil Support, discusses specifics of interagency collaboration during a Joint Task Force Civil Support-led tabletop domestic response exercise at Fort Eustis, Va., March 6, 2013.
