U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Dana McDaniel, Homeland Response Force commander- Ohio Region, provides perspective on National Guard coordination with FEMA Region V during a tabletop domestic response exercise held by Joint Task Force Civil Support March 7, 2013, at Fort Eustis, Va. The three-day exercise is allowed federal, state, military and other response organizations to “share knowledge and insight” and “enhance coordination” across agencies, including JTF-CS, the Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force and the CBRN Response JTF-CS provides command and control for Department of Defense chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear response forces Enterprise.
