Ed Spivak, NATO Security Investment Program (NSIP) lead, attend the Bilateral Italy/U.S. NSIP Process meeting onboard Naval Support Activity, Naples, Italy, Jan. 21, 2025. The meeting enhanced U.S. and Italian coordination for infrastructure projects in Italy that support NATO's military operations and enhance regional security.
