Local Lao workers pass buckets toward a wet screening station to be sifted through during a recovery mission in Laos, Jan. 25, 2025. Each recovery mission lasts between 30–45 days per operation, and it involves a variety of Department of Defense specialty occupations to ensure the mission is successful.
