U.S. Army Soldier assigned to Fort Cavazos Law Enforcement Activity, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, III Armored Corps, fires an M4A1 carbine during a Law Enforcement Weapons Training and Qualification (LEWTAQ) range on Fort Cavazos, TX., Jan. 29, 2025. This training enables Soldiers to maintain the Law Enforcement mission. Their areas of emphasis consist of a law enforcement patrol branch, patrol desk operations, military police investigators, traffic accident investigators, civil police liaisons, wildlife conservations, physical security, training, and day to day operations.
