South Atlantic Division Commander, Brigadier General Daniel H. Hibner, visited Burnett Reservoir in North Carolina Jan. 24, 2025. The project at this reservoir was to construct temporary turbidity/manganese reduction pre-treatment systems aimed at ensuring potable water treatment for affected communities.
