Geoffrey Stewart, recently appointed as director of the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA), reaffirms his oath of office, now as a new Senior Executive Service (SES) member, during his SES induction ceremony at DFBA headquarters, Arlington, Va., Jan. 29, 2025.
