A confined space drill is conducted by Naval Air Station Jacksonville Fire Department, Feb.18, in the crawlspace beneath Naval Hospital Jacksonville. Fire Chief Mark Brusoe says, “These drills prepare firefighters for situations where access is limited, visibility is poor, and the risk of toxic gases, structural collapse, or entrapment is high. Training like this helps improve safety, response efficiency, and the ability to save lives in challenging conditions.”
