Ariana Williams, a soldier in the 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion's Bravo Company, is awarded the Rookie of the Year trophy, Feb. 19, 2025, at Fort George Wallace for outstanding work as a recruiter for the Alabama National Guard. The 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion is responsible for recruiting new soldiers to join the Guard and retaining existing soldiers by managing their career progression and addressing their concerns.
