Sgt. 1st Class Justin Poole, a soldier in the 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion's Bravo Company, is awarded the Most Improved Noncommissioned Officer and Top Gun trophy, Feb. 19, 2025, at Fort George Wallace for outstanding work as the top recruiter. The 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion is responsible for recruiting new soldiers to join the Guard and retaining existing soldiers by managing their career progression and addressing their concerns.
