Team eight with the 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion's Bravo Company is awarded the Most Improved Team trophy, Feb. 19, 2025, at Fort George Wallace for outstanding work as a recruiters for the Alabama National Guard. The 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion is responsible for recruiting new soldiers to join the Guard and retaining existing soldiers by managing their career progression and addressing their concerns.
