Recruiters from the 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion's Bravo Company receive the Sweet 16 trophy, Feb. 19, 2025, at Fort George Wallace for being the first recruiters on each team to achieve 16 enlistments and a minimum 85 percent ship-rate of non-prior service enlistments in fiscal year 2024. The 22nd Recruiting and Retention Battalion is responsible for recruiting new soldiers to join the Guard and retaining existing soldiers by managing their career progression and addressing their concerns.
