U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Charles Stepps, 18th Equipment Maintenance Squadron transient alert crew chief, refuels a commercial aircraft parked on the flight line of Kadena Air Base, Japan, March 12, 2013. The 18th Wing and 733rd Air Mobility Squadron assisted three aircraft that diverted from Naha Airfield with services, such as refueling.
