BALI, Indonesia (Feb. 18, 2025) - Naval Aircrewman (Operator) 2nd Class Robert Gerstle, a Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron (VP) 16 acoustic operator, from Jacksonville, Fla., right, exchanges patches with Royal Australian Navy Lt. Harrison Planck, weapons electrical engineering officer for the first-in-class air warfare/guided-missile destroyer HMAS Hobart (DDG 39), during a Multinational Exercise Komodo (MNEK) 2025 community relations project to release baby sea turtles into the ocean at Tanjung Benoa Beach, Bali, Indonesia, Feb. 18. Hosted by the Indonesian Navy, MNEK 2025 is an international, joint exercise taking place in the vicinity of Bali, Indonesia, emphasizing multilateral maritime cooperation and disaster response protocols.
