This remake version of The Navy Liberty Lady from the allegorical figure used in war bonds and recruitment posters during World War I & II.

Decided to recreate this during my b-day and video render downtime.
It is a mix media product some of it had to be completed during my off time.
I used Adobe PS with Blur Oil Brushes and CSP with various Brushes.
It is just over 7k in size just enough for a small poster size.
