This remake version of The Navy Liberty Lady was created by Timothy Klanderud.
The Navy Liberty Lady was an allegorical figure used in war bonds and recruitment posters during World War I & II.
Decided to recreate this during my b-day and video render downtime.
I used Adobe PS with Blur Oil Brushes and CSP with various Brushes.
It is just over 7k in size just enough for a small poster size.
