Beeler, the Program Executive Officer for the Army’s Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), speaks to the PEO STRI workforce during a town hall meeting on Feb. 27 at the University of Central Florida campus in Orlando, Florida. The event included information on recent executive orders, an update on the most recent Contribution-based Compensation and Appraisal System cycle, results from the most recent command climate survey, and updates from all six PEO STRI project managers and project leads. Quarterly town halls are an important internal communications tool for PEO STRI, allowing leaders to disseminate new policy and procedures, answer questions from the workforce, recognize the achievements of the staff, and ensure our focus aligns with the Army’s current priorities.
