ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (March 9, 2025) – Lt. Col. Jonathan Brandt, assigned to Joint Region Marianas, and Lt. Marshad Huq of Patrol Squadron (VP) 16, the “War Eagles,” assigned to Commander, Task Force 72, wait to board a P-8A Poseidon during Exercise Sea Dragon 2025. Sea Dragon is a U.S.-led, multinational exercise focused on anti-submarine warfare tactics, enhancing interoperability among participating forces. Now in its seventh year, Sea Dragon 25 brings together Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) communities from the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), Indian Navy (IN), Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN), and the United States Navy to address maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
