On March 11, 2025, a group of 10 representatives from the Federal Police Directorate Frankfurt/Main visited the Directorate of Emergency Services at the U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim.
During their visit, the group received a security overview of the installation and were given insights into the equipment used by DES.
"I would like to sincerely thank USAG Wiesbaden for making this visit possible,” said Hannes Lehr, Senior Police Officer of the Federal Police Directorate Frankfurt/Main. “It’s impressive how quickly and smoothly this visit came together. We’ve gained valuable insights into the work of the police and fire departments here. Knowing each other personally is truly invaluable for our collaboration."
