PEARL HARBOR, Hawaii (Feb. 26, 2025) - Responders and emergency planners discuss the set up ahead of the beginning of a transportation exercise at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Feb. 26, 2026. The joint exercise tested the efforts of the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) Transportation Emergency Response Team (TERT) and Hawaii state and local agencies’ response to a simulated transportation accident involving a shipment of material.
