U.S. Army Spc. Sohmin Taye, a water treatment specialist with the 548th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, Task Force Armadillo, collects a water sample from the outlet of an improvised hypochlorination system to test for free available chlorine (FAC) at Al-Tanf Garrison, Syria, March 12, 2025. The 300,000-gallon Water Supply Distribution System (WSDS) consists of 150,000 gallons of raw water used for potable water production and 150,000 gallons of potable water storage for basic life support, subsisting Coalition members at outstations across the Combined Joint Operations Area. The Coalition continues to support partner force operations to defeat ISIS and maintain regional security and stability. (U.S. Army photo by Staff Sgt. Fred Brown)
