The District of Columbia National Guard State Partnership Program hosts a Peace and Security Subject Matter Exchange (SMEE) with the Burkina Faso Armed Forces at the D.C. Armory, March 25-28, 2025. The partnership between the D.C. National Guard and Burkina Faso was established in 2019 and falls in the area of operations of U.S. Africa Command (USAFRICOM).
