Acasia Lanzaderas, a shower and laundry specialist with the Fort Bragg, N.C. based 7458th Medical Operational Readiness Unit, throws an M69 Practice Grenade at the hand grenade qualification course during the Best Squad Competition 2025 led by the Pinellas Park, Fla. based Army Reserve Medical Command and co-hosted by the Gillem Enclave, Ga. based 3rd Theater Medical Command, in Fort McCoy, Wis., from March 24, 2025, through March 30, 2025.
