PHILLIPINE SEA (April 5, 2025) – Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Phineas Mitchener, from Lynnfield, Massachusetts, and Boatswain’s Mate Seaman Damon Cruz, from Lasalle, Colorado, removes the Joint Service Lightweight Integrated Suit Technology from Boatswain’s Mate 3rd Class Marysa Henke during a simulated chemical, biological and radiological attack aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19), April 5, 2025. The Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and routinely operates with allies and partners in preserving a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
