Conant, deputy commander of U.S. Pacific Command, receives a tour by the Nepalese army during a visit to Shanti Prayas-2 at Birendra Peace Operations Training Center in Panchkhal, Nepal. Shanti Prayas-2 is a multinational partnership exercise designed to increase partnerships to train and sustain peacekeeping proficiencies.
