North Carolina Army National Guard soldiers, of the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, utilize a mobile kitchen trailer to cook and serve lunch April 14 as the unit prepares for annual training slated for June. The trailer was set up in about 20 minutes and a full meal of grilled barbecue chicken, macaroni and cheese, black eye peas and lima beans were prepared on the burners located to the rear of the servers. Sgt. 1st Class Natasha Quarles, the 130th MEB noncommissioned officer in charge, said the mobile kitchen can cook food for about 600 soldiers. (National Guard Photo by Sgt.
