Master Sgt. Jeff Lee, a Special Forces operations sergeant in West Virginia Army National Guard's 2/19th Special Forces Group C Company, instructs Matthew Streeton, a software manager with the U.S. Department of Energy, how to use night vision equipment. Lee and Streeton both participated in the Technical Support and Operational Analysis event at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. TSOA, which falls under the Office of Secretary of Defense, is a warfighter-driven technology development event in which new technologies are accessed in realistic scenarios by soldiers. Developers take their input and further develop their products for potential future use by soldiers. Lee and other soldiers in C Company held a program manager training exercise prior to the event to foster understanding of what it's actually like to use Army equipment. (U.S. Army photo by Sgt.
