Sgt. Maj. Kenneth Rocquemore, sergeant major of I Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, hands the colors to Col. Steven M. Hanson, outgoing commanding officer of I MHG, during a change of command ceremony at Camp Pendleton, May 21. During the ceremony Col. James H. Herrera relieved Hanson as the commanding officer of I MHG. Hanson passed on I MHG’s guidon to Herrera signifying his relinquishing of command and Herrera’s new responsibilities.
