Members of the Republic of Indonesia navy stand by as the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46) arrives in Jakarta, Indonesia. More than 1,000 sailors and Marines are participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Indonesia 2013.
