Major General Ronald L. Bailey, the former commanding general of 1st Marine Division, takes the division's colors from Sgt. Maj. David L. Jobe, the 1st Marine Division sergeant major, before he relinquished his command of 1st Marine Division during a change of command ceremony here, June 10, 2013. Major General Bailey, a native of St. Augustine, Fla., passed command of 1st Marine Division to Maj. Gen. Lawrence D. Nicholson (left) beginning a new era of leadership for the division.
