Army Reserve Sgt. 1st Class Curtis Blount, a petroleum operations sergeant assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 362nd Quartermaster Battalion, 207th Regional Support Group, is helped into virtually reality gear by a civilian contractor from the Intelligent Decisions company, before participating in simulated combat training on the Dismounted Soldier Training System, at the Mission Training Complex at Fort Hood, Texas, June 12. The DSTS is a virtual reality program that provides soldiers with realistic training in life-like combat environments and scenarios.
