Sheik Shehab Ahmed Saleh Al-Tamimi is greeted by Indiana Adjutant General Maj. Gen. R. Martin Umbarger on June 17 during a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Joint Base Balad, Iraq. The ceremony commemorated the opening of the of the Iraqi-Based Industrial Zone Service Station at Anaconda, which will provide lube and oil services to non-tactical vehicles on the installation. The station is just one part of the IBIZ initiative to bolster economic growth throughout Iraqi communities by working with local leaders to provide new jobs and businesses.
