Army Pfc. Jennifer Mrozek documents a package at the consolidated logistics center in the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command's Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Md. Collaboration between the Army and the Department of Homeland Security gave the institute a better logistics center and created space for a new DHS laboratory.
