Willie Singleton, a native of Chicago, who serves as the senior enlisted leader with Company A, Division Special Troops Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, addresses the inductees at the DSTB Non-commissioned Officer Induction Ceremony held at the Camp Liberty Field House, June 30. Eighteen recently promoted sergeants were recognized in the ceremony and charged with upholding the values of the Non-commissioned Officer Corps.
