    BAGRAM, Afghanistan - An insurgent bicycle-borne improvised explosive device attack injured four civilians, one of whom was a child, near a police station and a mosque in the Ghazni city market Jan. 26.

    Provincial Governor Mohamad Musa Khan Ahmadzai said such attacks are prohibited in Islam and it are unforgivable.

    "Insurgents are the enemy of peace in this country, and they kill and wound innocent children, women and men. We deeply condemn this inhuman attack of our enemies and we share our sympathy with their families."
