CHERRY POINT, N.C. - Cherry Point Marines and Sailors attended a free live show at the station theater Friday.
The Leathernecks II comedy and entertainment show showcased musical artist Queen Caveat and comedians Rudy Rush, Renee Gauthier and Geoff Keith.
More than 200 Marines and Sailors from Cherry Point enjoyed the show which ended with the band Queen Caveat inviting service members on stage to sing, dance and go crowd surfing.
Lauren Little, lead singer of Queen Caveat, and other performers said they share a feeling of the honor when they perform in front of the military community because of the impact the armed forces have had on them.
